Man in critical condition after being stabbed in the chest Thursday night in Wilmington
Isabel HughesA man was seriously hurt Thursday night after being stabbed several times in the chest on a Wilmington basketball court.
Police were called to 201 Bayard Ave. at 10:55 p.m. for reports of the stabbing. They found the man injured.
Paramedics took the man to a local hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, police said.
Police could be seen gathered in a gym inside the Bayard Avenue building, where the stabbing occurred.
