Police said Gregorski was driving a 2011 Camry on Stoney Batter Road, toward Limestone Road, when she drove through a red light and crossed over the north lanes of Route 7.

Gregorski then entered the south lanes, where a 2006 Camry was heading toward her. The driver of the 2006 Camry hit the front right side of Gregorski's car, which caused the 2006 Camry to rotate, hitting a 2014 Toyota Tacoma that was stopped in a left-turn lane.
